Election Special: L.A. candidates for U.S. House challenging incumbents over failing urban and Mid-East policies

The candidates DemoCast interviewed are seeking to improve on the policies of incumbent Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives. Rep. Henry Waxman (District 33) is retiring, opening the race to both Elan Carr and Ted Lieu, whom we interviewed at the annual convention of the Jewish National Fund.  The other candidates, Adam King (District 37) and John Wood (Dist. 43), are challenging Karen Bass and Maxine Waters whom we interviewed at the California Republican Convention, along with a couple of urban community activists seeking alternatives to the incumbents weak delivery to urban communities.
